French Quarter Festival Second-Line Kickoff Parade led by the Paulin Brothers - 100 block of Bourbon Street to Jackson Square - 10AM
French Quarter Festival and NOLA Jitterbugs present free dancelessons at French Quarter Festival - The French Market Traditional Jazz Stage and the Chevron Cajun-Zydeco Showcase will feature dancing and classes in the following: Traditional Jazz, 1920sCharleston, Swing Dance, Cajun Jitterbug, and Zydeco. All classes arefree and open to the public and are taught by professional dancersfrom NOLA Jitterbugs, Dancing Man 504, and Dance Quarter.

St. Louis Cathedral Annual Spring Concert - Under the direction of Dreux Montegut, the St. Louis Cathedral Concert Choir and Orchestra, along with other guests - the Symphony Chorus of New Orleans, Steven Edwards, conductor - will present two works: Franz Schubert's Mass in G, D.167, a work for string orchestra, organ, mixed chorus, and soprano, tenor and baritone soloists, performed in Latin and Gabriel Faure's Requiem in D Minor, Opus 48, a work for orchestra, organ, mixed chorus and two soloists, soprano and baritone, performed in Latin.
