A fter Katrina, there was so much blight, that 6t'9 decided to bring the halloween experience to the neighborhoods! they roll from the sixth ward to the ninth, in halloween costumes, with bands, floats and more. One of the most anticipated parades for any child. They are the only parade to bring the bands through the neighborhoods, and the families come out in droves to join in the fun!  Each year they accept new members, and this year is no exception!
